Athletes: You will chose 3 days out the week to work on your skills. 1 hour per day= 3 hours per week on your craft. 3 months= 36 hours of mastery! 1 year= 144 hours worth of developing!

Please note, that if you do 5-6 hours out of the week, and leave a day for resting then that would be more ideal!
